At three, he won four stakes at distances of 6 1/2 furlongs to 1 1/16 miles, and placed in three Graded stakes.
At four, CHAMPALI was considered one of the world’s top three sprinters on dirt, with three Graded sprint wins and the fastest six furlongs of the year at three tracks (Keeneland, Churchill Downs and Gulfstream Park).
He retired to stud completely sound, with 11 wins, 17 wins/placings in 22 starts.
CHAMPALI’s first crop are three-year-olds of 2009, and he has sired multiple winners on dirt, turf, and all-weather, led by the highly impressive stakes winner Bow Tie Pasta.
